The Xbox 720 Information about the new console: This is the new generation of the Xbox. They said the console will come out during Christmas 2013. They say that the new console is going to come packing with a 1080p 3D support. People say the price would be around $299.Many rumours suggest that the second version of Kinect will sit at the heart of the Xbox 720 experience. A console built around motion detection has lots of promise and it seems highly likely that this is the direction Microsoft is taking, given the way it's currently pushing Kinect hardware and software.However, you can be sure that the trusty control pad will remain a core component for hardcore gaming. The 360 control pad is wildly popular amongst both console and PC gamers so we can't see the design changing too radically, either.
Xbox 720 storage and disc format:It now seems highly likely that the new Xbox will arrive packing a Blu-ray drive.Microsoft was, if you remember, a staunch member of the HD DVD Promotion Group and went so far as to launch an external HD DVD drive for the 360. So it represents a bit turn-around for Microsoft to embrace Blu-ray, but it also makes perfect sense.Read speeds from DVDs are still faster than from Blu-ray discs, but BDs can hold vastly more data. A standard dual-layer BD can contain 50GB of data compared to the Xbox 360's dual-layer DVDs which contain between 8 and 9GB. A Pennsylvania Ghost Story

Susan and Ned were driving through a wooded empty section of highway. Lightning flashed, thunder roared, the sky went dark in the torrential downpour. “We’d better stop,” said Susan. Ned nodded his head in agreement. He stepped on the brake, and suddenly the car started to slide on the slick pavement. They plunged off the road and slid to a halt at the bottom of an incline. Pale and shaking, Ned quickly turned to check if Susan was all right. When she nodded, Ned relaxed and looked through the rain soaked windows. “I’m going to see how bad it is,” he told Susan, and when out into the storm. She saw his blurry figure in the headlight, walking around the front of the car. A moment later, he jumped in beside her, soaking wet. “The car’s not badly damaged, but we’re wheel-deep in mud,” he said. “I’m going to have to go for help.” Susan swallowed nervously. There would be no quick rescue here. He told her to turn off the headlights and lock the doors until he returned. Axe Murder Hollow. Although Ned hadn’t said the name aloud, they both knew what he had been thinking when he told her to lock the car. This was the place where a man had once taken an axe and hacked his wife to death in a jealous rage over an alleged affair. Supposedly, the axe-wielding spirit of the husband continued to haunt this section of the road. Outside the car, Susan heard a shriek, a loud thump, and a strange gurgling noise. But she couldn’t see anything in the darkness. Frightened, she shrank down into her seat. She sat in silence for a while, and then she noticed another sound. Bump. Bump. Bump. It was a soft sound, like something being blown by the wind. Suddenly, the car was illuminated by a bright light. An official sounding voice told her to get out of the car. Ned must have found a police officer. Susan unlocked the door and stepped out of the car. As her eyes adjusted to the bright light, she saw it. Hanging by his feet from the tree next to the car was the dead body of Ned. His bloody throat had been cut so deeply that he was nearly decapitated. The wind swung his corpse back and forth so that it thumped against the tree. Bump. Bump. Bump. Susan screamed and ran toward the voice and the light. As she drew close, she realized the light was not coming from a flashlight. Standing there was the glowing figure of a man with a smile on his face and a large, solid, and definitely real axe in his hands. She backed away from the glowing figure until she bumped into the car. “Playing around when my back was turned,” the ghost whispered, stroking the sharp blade of the axe with his fingers. “You’ve been very naughty.” The last thing she saw was the glint of the axe blade in the eerie, incandescent light. credit to the site americanfolklore.net

The Wii U
Cool facts about the console: The brand new wii u is going to come out next month. They refer this sequel to the wii as a gaming pad. There are 2 versions for the wii u. One is deluxe and the other is normal. The surprising thing is that the deluxe cost $349.99 and the normal is $299.99. It is because the GB is different.Deluxe is 32 GB and normal is only 8 GB. It basically looks like an iPad. You can access television on there. They made an app on there which is called TVii. You get watch movies, shows, anything you like. You can even browse on the web if you like. Just like the 3DS the wii u has an analog controller too. Isn't that amazing! They are also going to add hardcore kind of games for adults too. Also they added something to the wii called the miiverse.
The game New Super Mario bros U:The new game New Super Mario Bros U is going to come out next month. This is the new sequel to the Mario series. The new thing about this game is that they don't have those boring old power-ups like the super mushroom. This time they have a new power-up like an acorn to turn you into a gliding squirrel.It kinda looks like a pre made version of the Tanooki suit. THE 3DS How 3D was transformed into entertainment:Have you wondered how the 3D feature works on the 3ds? The answer is that the device perceives different images to the eyes to make it appear in 3D. There is a 3D depth slider where you can slide the slider to make it in 3D. If you have the 3ds xl they give you the best 3D images. The best thing is that there is an icon that you can take photos in 3D. You can even watch videos or animations in 3D. The new thing about the 3ds is that they installed an analog control. Instead of using the classic buttons they brought up a new feature. One last feature is the game chips. For the 3ds there is a new game chip which is suitable for only 3ds. Also the best thing is that you can play regular DS games on the 3ds.
